A trip to Las Vegas would not be complete without indulging in a luxurious buffet. After all, it is called Sin City. There are numerous buffets in Las Vegas but we decided to go with the prestigious Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. For an expensive price of $54+, we expected nothing less and it did not disappoint! We tried the 24-hour Las Vegas buffet (3 different hotels) before and I must say, Bacchanal Buffet is one of the best buffets in Las Vegas.
Best Carving Station
Bacchanal Buffet has a wide selection of high-quality meat. It serves different kinds of sausages, prime rib, lamb chop, pork belly, braised beef, beef brisket, short ribs, beef ribs, you name it! Prioritize the prime rib and the beef brisket. The prime rib is one of the best we have tasted in a buffet! It can beat other prime ribs being served in restaurants.
Fresh Supply of Seafood
They have piles of fresh crab legs, shrimps, oysters, crawfish, clams and mussels. There were also small plates of hot seafood dishes and paella. Make sure you leave room for the salmon hot plate. It was perfectly cooked and the sauce was light and creamy. Their paella is also a must! It was rich in seafood flavor.
I enjoyed eating their seafood so much that I started with two full plates of crab legs and shrimps! It was effortless to eat since the crab legs were already sliced in half and the shrimps had been peeled. Thank you!! ♥
Elevate your seafood experience by drizzling it with drawn butter and lemon! You can find these at the seafood station. You can also get freshly steamed crab legs beside the pizza station. Personally, I prefer this over the cold ones.
Top-Notch Dessert Bar
I was very happy that Bacchanal Buffet satisfied my sweet cravings! ♥ My list of favorite dessert items is long because of my sweet tooth. 🙂
I loved their moist lava cake drizzled with powdered sugar (make it a la mode with your favorite gelato), matcha-covered strawberries, gooey chocolate cake pops, chocolate French macarons, creme brulee, and salted vanilla gelato (I paired it with my lava cake, yum!!!).
Huge Variety of International Cuisines
On top of the carving and seafood stations, they also have a lot of other options from different international cuisines. They serve pizzas, street tacos, dumplings, noodles, duck, dim sums, cheese, cold cuts, sushi rolls, and more!
1. Arrive early! Line builds up fast. We arrived at 5 PM and we were already waiting in line.
2. They don’t serve sashimi anymore but you can try to request.
3. Try their sweetened ice tea. We really enjoyed it!
*Thanks to our friend Mitch for this wonderful treat! ♥
