I was planning a week long, first ever trip to Vegas in November 2021. And I have enough points for a free 7 day pass for the Monorail I plan on using in POP Slots. I hope it works out..

And I also have enough also, for a $100 dollar free play at one of the casinos.

I am so very excited for this trip.

Thank you for easing my concerns.

      I am grateful.

  1. Me and Phil will have to try next time were in Vegas!

That’s great!! Tell me about it when you have already tried it! 🙂

  2. Do you need to be a US citizen to get the M life card? Thanks!

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Adriana, no, you don’t need to be a US citizen to get the M life card. You just need to present an ID. We used our driver’s license. 🙂

    2. Hi Adriana ( and hello to you businesstravelerswife ),

First of all thank for this great post I didn’t know that One Helicopter Grand Canyon Flight Ticket is “only” 1mln chips. It might look like a lot but if you will work daily and save/play with your head then you can make it. From today it is my new plan for this game.

@Adriana – I want to confirm that you do not have to be US citizen to get the card. We were last month in LV and had no problem with exchanging/spending chips. Like the businesstravelerswife you need driver licence or like in our case – the passport was enought.

Thanks again for gret infos and tips!

      Jena

Hey Jena, thank you for this helpful feedback! You have no idea how glad I am knowing that you found this post useful and that you were able to avail one of the perks of this game! 🙂

  3. Can my brother use the redeemed KA ticket instead of myself?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Frank! You might need to check this with MGM Grand because they require your valid ID (original myVegas account that purchased the KA ticket) to be presented upon redeeming the ticket.

  4. Hi there, my husband has My Vegas App and been playing. Does he need to have a Facebook acct. to redeem his points?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Doreen! Yes, your husband must have a Facebook account to redeem his points. When he goes to the rewards section and proceeds to redeem his chosen item, he will be required to connect to Facebook. 🙂

Where do u get the M life card from?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Johnneka! In our case, we got it from ARIA because that’s where we redeemed our reward. Which hotel are you going to redeem your reward? We just went to the M life concierge in ARIA with our M life account number (you have to sign up at M life online), reward redemption code and a valid ID. That’s it! 🙂 They issued us our M life membership cards.

  6. Too much fun. Vegas is the king of marketing. I have been everywhere it seems except Vegas, but when we get back to the United States, I plan to rectify that. And this app will be one of the first things I do to prepare for it.

      Awesome! Hope you enjoy! 🙂

  7. Is there a customer service phone number? I would like to redeem my points for Royal Caribbean on board credit. I have a few questions that I would like ask before redeeming it.

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Joanna! I could only find an online contact form for MyVegas – http://playstudios.helpshift.com/a/myvegas-slots/. You could also try to check with Royal Caribbean at (866) 562-7625. Just to clarify though, I’m not affiliated with MyVegas. I’m just sharing my experience. 🙂 Hope this helps!

    2. Joanna did you redeem your points for Royal Caribbean? I’m wanting to do the same thing but not sure how it works

  8. Hi, my sister has been playing and has accumulated over 1million, however, she will never go to vegas. Is there a way to redeem points and for me to be able to use them? Or can she transfer her account over to my name?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Leah! I’m not 100% sure but the way I understand it, she can put your name on the myVegas form when redeeming an item/service but your name will be permanently associated with that account (she will no longer be able to redeem anything under her name). You can check its Terms and Conditions here – http://playstudios.com/terms-of-service-facebook/ Hope this helps!

  9. Hi business travelers wife, I want to use my points on my oil Caribbean. I’m having trouble with my travel agent. He doesn’t know how to do it and neither do I is there a telephone number for myVEGAS that I can call? Would very much appreciate this information. Thank you , Theresa

  10. I wish I would have known this before. Will definitely keep this in mind if we plan to go to Vegas again 🙂

  11. This was very helpful, but one question.. You have to actually make the reservation first right in order to get the discounted room rates?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Patrick! I’m sorry, I haven’t tried redeeming my Myvegas loyalty points for hotels yet but they have a number in the hotel rewards section which you could call for inquiries. 🙂 My apologies!

    2. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

For those who have the same question, we were able to redeem a stay in Aria so I can finally answer this. You have to redeem the reward in myVEGAS first. Then, you have to login to your mlife account. Your account will show one complimentary room. When you click it, it will show the available dates for you to choose from.

  12. My friend has millions of points, could she purchase the reward and give it to me? Do you have to enter a name each time you redeem a reward?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi! As per myVEGAS rules’, rewards are currently not transferable from one player to another. A reward may only be redeemed by the player who earned the Loyalty Points that were used to purchase the reward. You could check their FAQs for more details. 🙂

  13. When using the buffets 2 for 1 can I use it with 6 people for would I only be able to use one at a time and just for me and one other person

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Lyle, based on our experience, you could only avail the exact buffet reward once every 30 days. If two people from your group could avail the reward, the three of you could use it at the same time.

  14. I’ll be using my points this month planning on going to stay at the Luxor. I just wanted to put out what I do know about this app and that is if you live in Clark County Nevada they don’t let you use the Rewards. LOL I am lucky to live in the next County over

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Heather! I also noticed that some of the rewards vary depending on your current location.

    2. Heather Pease, When you used your points for the hotel, did you have to pay taxes on the room? Did you have to pay the resort fee? I was just curious, because we are thinking of doing this also! Thank you for any information you can give me!

      1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Yes, you have to pay taxes and resort fee. You could try to ask the concierge to waive it for you when you get there.

      2. Do you have to get an mlife rewards card to get your rewards? Is this a credit card?Is there a fee?

        1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Sheri, you will need the M life rewards card for certain rewards like complimentary room nights and buffets. It’s not a credit card and it’s free. You just have to go to an M life desk and apply.

I made a mistake and redeemed Escape Australia for 2, not even thinking it was really in Australia. How can I cancel this ??? I am going to Vegas 🙁

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Tracy, that’s unfortunate to hear! If it’s no longer in the Pending tab of Rewards, I suggest that you contact the Myvegas support team. I’m not sure if they will be able to cancel it and get your loyalty points back but it’s worth a try! Goodluck, hope it works out for you!

  16. Hello, I am planning on going to vegas sometimes in September and wanting to use my points for hotel. I am planning to stay about 4 nights (Saturday til Wednesday morning) and was hoping to jump from hotels to hotels (as hotel rooms are only for one night). Do you know if this is possible?

    1. businesstravelerswife says: Reply

Hi Jari, sorry, we haven’t tried that before. If you could get the rewards for all 4 hotels and they show under your mlife account, then I guess it wouldn’t be a problem. It wouldn’t be considered redeemed until you have finished booking in mlife so you could still cancel the rewards if you could not get all 4 in myVEGAS.
